Is the price honest?

The problem is you usually can't buy it at $150; it sells out, so the real cost is the $300-$550 resale number. That premium is pure demand-over-supply, not better make. If you want the look and the weight, you can get 90% of it for a third of the money.
Our take
A heavyweight cotton pullover hoodie with the Alcatraz island logo printed big on the front or back. Construction is solid mid-to-heavy fleece with a decent hand — this is not a bad hoodie. But you are paying almost entirely for the logo and the difficulty of buying it, not for anything the fabric does that a $60 gym hoodie can't. If you catch it at the ~$150 drop price, it's an expensive-but-defensible graphic hoodie. At $300-$550 resale, you're buying scarcity, full stop.
